Attorney Kamil Klemienia
Kamil Klemienia specializes in civil, commercial, and penal law. He is responsible for the running of the Office, the organization of its work, and supervision of all its cases. Moreover, he deals with issues related to enterprise restructuring, bankruptcy and insolvency cases, and transformation of enterprises: namely, establishing, splitting, and merging of enterprises. He also offers legal assistance in cases concerned with intellectual and industrial property, and in particular within the scope of financial and moral copyrights. He has vast litigation experience, especially concerning commercial proceedings. He acts as a defence lawyer, but also represents wronged parties. Since 21st December 2009 he has been entered in the Register of Official Receivers (currently Insolvency and Restructuring Advisers) kept by the Minister of Justice. He has vast experience in bankruptcy proceedings as a receiver, a court insolvency administrator, and currently also as plenipotentiary of creditors and debtors in insolvency proceedings. He has successfully represented entrepreneurs in both bankruptcy and recovery proceedings, and is the author of several arrangements with creditors in insolvency proceedings.
Legal Adviser Karolina Mużyło-Netter
In 2012 she graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Białystok, defending her master’s thesis in the Chair of Civil Law, earning the top mark. In the years 2013-2015 she completed her apprenticeship for the legal adviser at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Białystok. She has been co-operating with our Legal Office since 2014. In 2016 she was entered in the Register of Legal Advisers kept by the District Board of the Chamber of Legal Advisers in Białystok. In our Legal Office she mainly deals with issues of civil law, including cases concerning real estate, commercial, family law, and law of succession.
Trainee Solicitor Adam Mroczkowski
In 2013 he graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Białystok, defending his master’s thesis at the Chair of Penal Proceedings and earning the top mark. Since 2016 he has been a trainee solicitor at the District Bar Council in Białystok. Working in the Legal Office he has gained knowledge of civil, penal, commercial, and building law, copyrights, and court disputes.
